Daniel's family owns a ranch in Caldwell, TX--near College Station. It's a wonderful place, with cows and a pond and a big house that overlooks it all. Generously they share this great place, and so this past weekend Daniel and I and my family all made the drive down to enjoy it.
We couldn't have asked for nicer weather, and everybody had a great time. Daniel and I both especially enjoyed experimenting with our new camera, a Nikon D90.

Hope everyone's summer is off to a great start. I miss summer vacation, but thank goodness for nice, long weekends.
