Inspired by this blogger, I'll be photographing Lucy each month in her green outfit until her second birthday.
Three months old, and Lucy is wonderful. As I have already mentioned, she enjoys lots of eye contact and cooing now.
Her favorite place in the house continues to be the changing table. I think she likes the view from there, because she can see the entire room and out the bedroom window. She has yet to warm up to car rides. She still cries most of the way, wherever we go.
We have, just this week, started a modified "cry it out" method at bedtime. It is a little heartbreaking. We only let her cry for 5 minutes at a time, and she sleeps much better afterward. Still... I hate to hear her crying. We swapped out all of her 0-3 month clothes for 3-6 months. She is getting so BIG! I think she's almost 15 pounds now.
Oh, and she's swatting at her toys some these days. And trying to figure out which are the best fingers to suck on. More on that later.
Lucy, we love you and have loved being your parents these past 3 months!
