Everybody loves to tell me how quickly babies grow up and how quickly they change.
So hopefully this project will remind me to stop and appreciate the little changes, each month.
Lucy was born exactly 1 month ago. Since then, she's been establishing and maintaining eye contact and has been getting better and better at controlling her head.
Just this last week she has started to smile more.
And Daniel and I have gotten so much better at reading her little noises and faces and postures to be able to tell when she's hungry, sleepy, or has a messed diaper.
Oh - and nursing! Lucy and I have gotten SO much better at nursing than we were a month ago :).
We are slowly getting the hang of the newborn thing. After a rocky start, I feel like things are looking up--and it is so neat to experience the beginnings of mommihood.
Glad to hear things are going well! She is beautiful.
