Roadtripping in the Highlander!

We got a Highlander!  It is amazing. 



We had been sharing a car for 2 years, and with two kids in car seats... it was getting rather cramped, particularly on road trips.   



My favorite part (no, there are too many to choose a favorite) of this car is the DVD player we had installed in it.  I'm hoping it is the difference between Lucy's crazy-making scream fests and the peaceful, quiet trips I've dreamed of. 

 

This weekend we are headed to Houston to see our very newest nephew, Joshua.  I'll update with pics from our trip soon!
