Crawling, Pulling Up, Clapping... What CAN'T She Do??

She started all three in one night.  The night we were gone to a Bible study, to be exact.

We came home from our Bible study, and Mom goes, "Why didn't you tell us she was crawling?!"

Umm... because she wasn't!

Literally she played on the floor all morning in Caldwell.  Then she must have strategized during the entire 3-hour car ride back to Dallas, because she started crawling as soon as we dropped her off at my parents to babysit.

So anyways, besides missing the very first exciting moment, we've really enjoyed this new development.  It is so fun to watch her fix her attention on something and go for it.  She hasn't discovered the magic of closed cabinets yet, so really it's just been fun, so far.

And the pulling up!  So. darn. fun!  She doesn't get freaked out about getting down, like some babies do.  She just flexes her hips and plops down on her bottom.

The clapping is too cute.  I love watching her clap her hands.  Now she just needs to pick up the sign for "more" so she can stop screaming, "AHHHH" at us from the table.
