Ten Months Old (Lucy's Monthly Photo)

Inspired by this blogger, I'll be photographing Lucy each month in her green outfit until her second birthday.

New This Month:
1 - Lucy's standing on her own for a few seconds at a time.
2 - She's started WAVING when she's happy to see someone (or something, as is the case with any photo of herself)

3 - She is so, so sad when anybody leaves our house.  She cries and cries if we stand in the entryway, watching them walk out to their car.  It is so sad.
4 - She is all about holding her own bottle.  It makes putting her down for bed significantly easier, since she'd prefer to hold her bottle by herself in the crib (as opposed to being held).

5 - She's officially done nursing (SAD) - more because of supply issues than a true lack of interest, though I have to say I think I'm more brokenhearted about this than she is.

6 - She learned the trick of vibrating her tongue between her lips to make a funny sound, and she does it whenever we prompt her (by doing it ourselves).
7 - She has almost no interest in food, unless she's feeding it to herself, in which case she is as enthusiastic as ever.

8 - She's started swim lessons to become a floating kiwi survivalist.
9 - Her two baby teeth are slowly coming in on the bottom.  No other signs of teeth besides those.

My favorite free photo editing site closed down this month, so I'm still trying to find a new collage-making site.

I'm not a huge fan of this one, but it was the better of two options I tried.  I'll continue looking while I wait for Ribbet to get up and running.
