Almost Wordless Thursday in Colorado

Some bloggers do "Wordless Wednesday" -- with only photos in the blog for that day.  This is kind of like that, except I missed Wednesday by a day.  So this is (almost) Wordless Thursday!




 We're in Colorado! 




We take an annual trip with my parents to Estes Park in August, and this year we're excited to make the trip as a family of 5!  

We spread the trip up into 3 days, spending one night at an awesome little hotel in Amarillo (Staybridge Suites -- I highly recommend it!) and one night at Glen Eyrie in Colorado Springs. 






The third day, we arrived in Estes Park.
 

There are 9 of us in the group this year -- my family, parents, nephew, and aunt.  It's a nice-sized group.




We're in a fabulous 2-story cabin with a great view and lots of space around. 



Daniel has had to work a lot of this week, so I've had the kids.  We've done story time at the library, parachute games, miniature golf, play in the rain, lots of reading and coloring in the cabin, and a cookout at Sprague lake.

... And this has just been the first week!
