Baby Steps

Lucy is officially walking!  Well - a little bit, here and there.  But still - it's so exciting!

Anybody wanting birthday present ideas... she needs shoes!  I have loved--absolutely loved--not having to worry about shoes.  But sadly, those days are coming to an end.

 

The upside is that she seems to be developing right on schedule and will be good and solid on her feet by the time #2 gets here.

Plus, she's so proud of herself, and it's so exciting to see the happiness on her face when she walks a few steps all by herself.  What a wonderful thing - to watch someone learn to walk.  It's such a unique kind of joy.
