Did you make new year resolutions this year?
I haven't made any for a long time. But I made some this year.
You know how there are resolutions you make that you are serious about, and others that are really just kind of wishful thinking?
My real resolutions for this year: Read through the Bible in chronological order. Complete the 60-day challenge. Congratulate at least 3 people at the end of each class, on a job well done.
Get Lucy potty-trained.
Take a photography course.
My fake resolutions for this year, my wishful thinking:
Stay on top of the mail so Daniel doesn't have to devote an entire afternoon to sorting through it.
Keep Lucy from hurting herself. Ever. At all.
Organize the pantry so it's beautiful and easy to find stuff.
Oh, but one more real resolution: Enjoy Lucy and Elliot. and quiet sleepy afternoons.

I like your resolutions! My only real resolution is to take more risks with people.
