5 Down. 55 To Go.


Do you know what Bikram yoga is?  It is a style of yoga.  90 minutes.  26 postures, each repeated once, in a room heated to 105 degrees.  It's intense.  It's HOT.

Daniel and I have been doing it for about 10 months now, and on Tuesday I started back for the first time since Elliot was born.  Well, actually for the first time since October.  It was hard.  So hard.  I cried.  I was so discouraged.  Luckily (or maybe un-luckily), I had signed up for the 60-day challenge before that class.  There's no way I would have signed up for the challenge after that class.

The challenge:  60 classes in 70 days.  With a T-shirt at the end that says, "You can't buy this shirt.  You have to earn it."

Today I completed my 5th class.  55 more classes to go.  I have huge support from Daniel and Ginnie.  I'm going to make it - I know it.  But thinking about 55 classes is more than a little overwhelming to me.  So--as always--I'll just be taking it one day at a time.
